1. What is LBH?

LESBEHEARD is a digital platform run by queer women for queer women (and friends).

2. Are you hiring?

LBH is run by volunteers. While we are not hiring, do drop us a DM on Instagram if you’d like to join our team!

3. How long will an order take to reach me?

Orders are processed weekly. If your order is submitted by end of the week, Friday, it will be mailed the following Monday. Should Monday be a public holiday, it will be mailed by the next working day.

4. I gave the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

Let us know ASAP via Instagram or email! Since we post our orders out every Monday, we are able to amend the address before the parcel is mailed. However, if the parcel has already been sent, we might not be able to retrieve it. Nonetheless, do let us know and we will try our best to retrieve the parcel.

5. Do you provide tracking numbers?

Tracking numbers are only provided with the option of [registered mail/courier]. For regular postage, it will be sent untracked. Should it be a concern, we suggest you choose [registered/courier]. Your tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.

6. Do you do international shipping?

We only ship within Singapore at the moment. We are working on international shipping.

7. What is your return policy?

We strive to check all of our items before mailing them out. However, if your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please send a picture of the damaged / wrong item along with the order number and inform us via Instagram or email. We will send you another one! Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for other reasons. Any duration longer than 7 days after the date of delivery, items will not be accepted for returns.

8. The tee that I bought does not fit me! Is it possible to exchange for another size?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept exchanges. Here’s our sizing chart to avoid ordering the wrong size!

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow & Credit Cards.
